Refund policy
All sales are final. If your item arrives damaged, defective, missing or wrong, please notify us within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us if you need a return authorisation.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges, however, exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis, particularly if you accidentally added the wrong product to your cart and notify us immediately. Please note that during sale periods, no exceptions will be made except in cases of damaged, defective, missing or wrong items.
Please request and retain your proof of postage from the Post Office when you send back your goods in case of non-delivery. House of Haou is not liable for returns not arriving to the delivery address.
Please note, that for hygiene reasons we are not able to accept returns of items that have been worn. This also includes items that are found to be damaged, tampered with or show signs of wear e.g smells, strands of hair, makeup stains, stains, etc.
When returning an item, please ensure it is in original condition, unworn (other than having been tried on), with hygiene stickers attached and hang tags attached.
