Shipping policy
International Shipping
We use Australia Post for our International standard shipping, parcels will aim to arrive within 5-10 business days after shipment date, however some parcels may take up to 25 business days to arrive, based on the proximity of the shipping address. The shipping rate for your country will be calculated at checkout. Please note, there are a few countries we do not ship to due to our courier not shipping to these countries. If your delivery address is amongst one of the countries we do not ship to, it will not allow you to continue the purchase.

Please note, we currently do not offer Express Postage for orders shipped internationally.
Domestic Shipping (within Australia)
All items will be delivered via Australia Post, we offer both standard and express postage for orders shipped within Australia. If customers would like more information on the location of their items during shipping, it is their responsibility to follow up with Australia Post. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. The following is an estimated domestic delivery time based on Australia Post:

Dispatch Times
All in stock items, both domestic and international, are shipped within 2-4 working days. (excluding pre order items). If your order needs shipping urgently, please email support@houseofhaou.com and we might be able to help depending on how busy we are.
For pre order items, please check the individual product description for information on dispatch times, etc. Please note that each individual pre order item will have different dispatch times.
Incorrect Delivery Address
Please note, you are responsible for making sure your shipping address and information is correct, House of Haou is not responsible for refunding your purchase or replacing the goods due to incorrect shipping information.
Customs
Please note that payable import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs to get an idea of any duties or taxes that may apply.
Return to Sender
If your parcel is automatically returned to sender by the postal service, our returns team will contact you to arrange re-delivery when we receive it. Please note we are unable to offer a refund for a return to sender parcel.
Acceptance of Delivery
Customers are responsible for organising their own acceptance of items based on the delivery options they choose. Any re-delivery of parcels needs to be arranged and paid for by the customer.
Order Not Arriving
Australia Post tracking can be used to track your parcel. We encourage customers to track parcels. House of Haou is not responsible for fault of delivery by the postal service. Please notify us via support@houseofhaou.com, however we are not able to refund in these circumstances.
